He's the one who taught us to stick up for ourselves. He's the one who taught us how to throw a baseball. He's the one who, unfortunately, taught us how to mow a lawn.

He's also the guy who got on us to take our boots off when we enter the house ("Were you raised in a barn?!"), to close the door behind us ("Am I air conditioning the whole neighborhood?!") and not to blow our allowance on just any old thing ("Am I growing a money tree in the yard?!").
