I'm the kind of person who, when I discover something I dig, tends to foist it upon my unsuspecting friends. Listen, I just want to spread the love, man! So this new feature Grace introduced is right up my alley! Let's just get to it, then, shall we? Here are a few of my favorite things.

Anyone can go to a cafe and order a drink, but what you get in return can vary and is it ever really exactly the way you want it? Personally, what I like to do is put a packet of Swiss Miss Dark Chocolate Sensation in my travel mug, then brew an Our Blend cup of Green Mountain Coffee on top of that. I top it off with hot water (and a little bit of cold so I don't burn my mouth), then I mix it up. But I don't quite drink it yet! For that little something extra I pop a piece of Orbit Peppermint gum in my mouth. And now I drink! Mmm...so tasty.

In trying to summarize just what's so amazing about this annual music/pop culture festival, it'd be simple enough just to copy and paste the massive list of artists scheduled to perform this year – Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, Phish, Beastie Boys, Nine Inch Nails, David Byrne, Wilco, Al Green, Snoop Dogg, Elvis Costello, Paul Oakenfold, Ben Harper, TV on the Radio, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Gov't Mule, Andrew Bird, Merle Haggard, MGMT, The Decemberists, Girl Talk, Bon Iver, Coheed & Cambria, David Grisman Quintet, Lucinda Williams, Gomez, Neko Case and more...and more... and more... But that wouldn't really even begin to touch upon what makes four days camping on a 700-acre farm with fellow music-loving weirdos so incredible. You probably just need to experience it yourself to truly understand.

After a long day at work (or school as the case may be), a little peace and quiet can do a world of good. I find nothing in the universe more relaxing than hopping into a tub piled high with sudsy, foamy, sweet-smelling bubbles. I'm still working through my backstock of Bath & Body Works' semi-discontinued scent Juniper Breeze...my all-time fave! But they've still got a ton of really interesting sounding flavors to try. Personally, I like to bring a book in with me and read until I look like a well-read raisin. Make sure you have a comfy bath pillow to sink back into for that! Or if you feel like going old-school silly, making a bubble beard and watching a rubber duckie shoot into the air after dunking him never hurt anyone!

Last week marked the debut of this new NBC show with a 2-hour mini-movie premiere. And while the start was jarring and a bit confusing, I stuck with it and was soon very excited for the prospect of a new must-see show. I need one, after all, with "Battlestar Galactica" ending. In fact, Ian McShane, who leads the cast of this modern-day interpolation of the story of King David, reminds me a bit of Admiral Adama! Plus, I was a big fan of "Deadwood" so it?s no surprise that he?s what compelled me to check out the show. By the end of the first hour, I had my TiVo set to Season Pass. Still, I fear that this will be one of those critically hyped but audience-dissed gems that fades away after a single season? if that.

It requires a good poker face, the power of persuasion and the luck of the draw. A degree in psychology doesn't hurt, either. Here's the basic premise of this super-fun card game. You get seven "noun" cards in your hand and one person, the judge of the round, turns over an adjective card. Then everyone has to try to figure out which of their nouns that judge would think is best described by the adjective. We've got a little A-to-A cult here at Smiley Buzz HQ and it grows every time we play, which is great because the more players the better.
