Have you ever enlisted the help of hundreds of perfect strangers to help a lost friend find his way at a sold out sporting event or concert? The talented folks at Improv Everywhere made such a task the focus of their latest mission, and the results are equal parts fascinating and hilarious.

As an avid sports fan and frequent season ticket holder, I've always been intrigued by the remarkable camaraderie and bonding that takes place between total strangers at well-attended sporting events. Well, at least some of the time.

Of course, as a lifelong Mets fan, I can't say that I've ever found the upper deck at Yankee Stadium to ever be a particularly hospitable place. But as the Improv Everywhere folks prove, there's nothing quite like hearing hundreds of loud and possibly inebriated New Yorkers simultaneously urging you back to your seat...like only sports fans can.
