Back in the 90s when I lived in LA, I decided to see the Tonight Show with Jay Leno. While standing on line to enter the studio, a PA (Production Assistant) handed out cards asking us if we'd like to share a prom experience.

Being a professional writer I couldn't pass up this opportunity - but I also didn't want to sound too smooth - which you'll see I accomplish after you view the clip. What really blew me away was that Leno chose my story to kick the bit off.
